No taste or smell, and small round size, easy to swallow. the mix of probiotics and cranberry does magic! I do not have access to a OBGYN, but this does magic in terms of bloating, gut health (you will poop a lot be ready), and vaginal health. I have been suffering from a bad foul smell (think rotten bread) down there, with weird intense discharge.
