I’m not sure why this has mixed reviews. The ingredients and flavour/scent are natural and light. I imagine some people just use lip balm more than necessary. I use twice a day, morning and night and this has worked well for a few years already. The vanilla flavour is most recognisable upon application and the texture is just right for smooth application. Not too oily, not too hard.
