I've looked at hundreds of multivitamins on this site within just a few days, this is hands down the one most suitable for me in terms of nutrition facts and by a huge margin as I had absolutely no doubt picking this one over the hundred others (+1 for the name lol). However, watch out as it may not be for you. - Analysis: In terms of Vitamin A, I don't eat a lot of fruits and mangos every day, I probably cover around 50% coming from sources like dairy and meat. For Vitamin C, I can cover up to 500% by drinking some orange juice for a boost or eating kiwi, but on average probably 70% daily + it never hurts to have more. Vitamin D? It is known to be the most vitamin where people are deficient at, so 200% is safe and perfect. Vitamin E and especially K? I almost never eat vegetables, ever, probably only garlic, onion, lettuce and tomatoes which aren't rich in those two vitamins, so if you don't eat avocados, spinach, broccoli, kale or pretty much any other green and unpleasant food, then you need your vitamin to contain those two. Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Niacin? Never hurts to have more and is 99%+ safe plus you're probably not taking enough of one of them at least. 20% Calcium? That's not too much which is great because you don't want to exceed 250% and you're almost definitely not deficient in it if you drink dairy and take protein shakes, I'm more at risk of getting too much of it than not enough, so 20% is perfect compared to other multivitamins which contain over 50%. 25% Magnesium and 67% Zinc? This is very good too as it is relatively low because if you take ZMA you don't want to go over the top, in magnesium you're allowed up to 350 mg per day from supplements and this has 100 mg so if you take ZMA you shouldn't go over 350 mg as that is dangerous so keeping magnesium relatively low is important if you take ZMA. As for Zinc, you shouldn't take in more than 40 mg and this contains 10 and ZMA typically contains 30 and on top of that you get zinc from food sources so beware of too much zinc if you're also taking ZMA. Studies claim that over 75% of Americans are not meeting daily magnesium requirements and multivitamins contain too much zinc, so I suggest you take ZMA to compensate for the low magnesium in multivitamins but at the same time make sure that your multivitamin contains little zinc as ZMA contains zinc and it is easy to get too much zinc (40 mg+) from supplements which is dangerous (read this carefully to know my point). - Overall this multivitamin is perfect paired with ZMA, but the problem it's getting a 4 and not a 5 is the condition of the bottle, which raises some doubts for me, I have the pictures attached.
