Most vitamin E caps contain only the d-alpha tocopherol isomer or a complex with d-beta,d-delta, and d-gamma tocopherols. I knew for a while that it's crucial to consume 4 types of tocopherol: alpha, beta, gamma and delta, if it's just alpha tocopherol it's not healthy and even dangerous. But this brand makes even a cooler type of Vitamin E with 4 types of not only tocopherols but also tocotrienols. This provides So many versions, something must be getting in there! Even a little alpha lipoic acid, Phytosterols and co q10 to boot.
