From the first time using this I noticed I had more energy and slept better. I am less bloated as well so I think it is great for my digestion. It tastes like Hawaiian punch but not as strong. It is quite sweet so I add more than the recommended amount of water. It takes a while to dissolve so you have to mix it well but it's not gritty. The powder is very fine. The only downside is that the jar is quite small. I was expecting a bigger jar. I will definitely be buying it again when it is on sale and I can get a nice discount.

I tried to drink it today and it was impossible for me because if how sweet and (also sour) this tastes. It says natural flavours but, with how much sweetener they put in this, I just couldn't. I gave it to my mother and she felt also that it is too sweet. I will try again and if not she will continue. The ingredients seem really good, and I would recommend they do a sweetener free and no additional flavour version. Also cut out the cherries I have sensitivity towards them.
