This is a great multi to act as a safety net for nutritional gaps and also for preventative health, given the impressive array of anti-oxidants. It's also great to see a solid dose of vitamin D in a multi. Obviously, it's missing vitamin K, but that's not something I am concerned by with my diet. The thing to watch out for is the extremely high dose of B vitamins. They showed on my blood tests to the extent that my doctor told me to reduce my dosage to one per day. Because of that, I'll switch to the Women's version next.

I've started to use this recently on a 5 days on and 2 days off cycle. And while i have been eating healthy and generally feeling better to great, this stuff is pretty solid on days when i supplement. Feels like i could go on all day. And i'd only use half a serving - 1 pill a day. Also i realised the times i would feel a slight dip in energy are on the off days when i don't take these supplement.

Indeed, from my very first dose, I noticed a significant increase in energy, both physical and mental -- in the evening hours, when I'm usually ready to wind down, taking Life Force multiple earlier in the day keeps me going as if I just woke up. After that sample dose, I am a convert! Having tried numerous other brands of multivitamins, I can say that this one is a keeper.

I started taking this product religiously back in March when my brother introduced it to me and I fell in love with it! I suffer from chronic fatigue and after two weeks of taking this product my body felt so much more alive. I eventually ran out of my supply of the vitamins in August as I just kept putting off and then forgetting to re-order more, before I knew it, it was around 3 months that I hadn't taken any Life Force Multiple Tablets. The state of my body started to return back to the way it felt prior taking these vitamins. I have just started taking them again now and I am going to make sure that I never forget to stock up on these because I know what my body is missing!

Best Vitamin I've Tried

Gives me more energy, helps me last longer during the day before getting tired. Main thing I noticed is that I feel like I've gotten my usual 8 hours of sleep even when i've gotten 6 1/2 hours. I'm also coming off of effexor xr, and I haven't noticed any decrease in energy yet like I did last time I came off of it. Though, it doesn't help at all with the mood swings. When I first starting using these pills, it felt like a caffeine high, and left me feeling dragged down in the evening when it wore off, so I cut down to half a pill a day, then slowly worked my way up to 2 pills a day again, it worked great. They do smell absolutely terrible though, like dog food. But when my boyfriend is taking forever doing his hair in the bathroom, I just take the lid off the jar and he's gone in no time flat. The smell doesn't transfer to your breath though, so that's a good thing too.
