I have a sever amount of muscle and joint pain due to chronic illness (long-covid related). This is the only magnesium supplement that actually makes a noticeable difference in lessening that pain (I’ve tried many others). Magnesium Malate is a huge win for me, I’ve been taking this for about a year now. I prefer this capsule size, as the others from this brand are too big and hard to swallow. The full recommended dose is 6 capsules; I take 4 capsules (2 in morning, 2 at night), and that seems to work best for me. I haven’t tried any other brands, but I’ve always been a fan of Source Naturals quality. Would definitely recommend if you think it might help your chronic illness.
