What customers say
Customers generally find Source Naturals Yerba Mate tablets to be a convenient and effective alternative to coffee for a natural energy boost. Many appreciate its ability to support weight loss, reduce food cravings, and provide sustained energy without the jitters commonly associated with caffeine. The product is praised for its high quality, ease of use, and neutral taste. Some users noted feeling more content, happier, and energetic, while others experienced minimal effects or no benefits at all. Dosage preferences vary among users, with some finding that adjusting the amount taken helps achieve desired results. A few customers mentioned that the product's effect differs from tea or coffee due to the presence of theobromine and theophylline. Overall, it is well-received for its natural caffeine source and antioxidant content.

So far so good
Verified purchase
Have been taking it for a few weeks, once a day in the morning. I used to drink yerba mate however i switched to matcha but still wanted to the health benefits of Yerba Mate, so I take 1 tablet daily. Do I feel anything different, not really, but I also didn't feel anything different with the actual tea.

It’s good, easy to take
Verified purchase
It’s good quality, easy to swallow as the size is okay. one tab is enough per day because of it’s concentrated ingredients which is easier dosage . Taste is also okay. It’s also well packed, tablets reach when still in good condition not smashed. It’s easier for me than having to drink tea.

Quality ingredients and ideal dosage

Got this on offer. Taking instead of a Yerba tea as it's simpler. I've been drinking mate tea because it's said to help control my appetite, but it's hard to drink tea when I'm busy, so taking it in pill form is convenient

These tablets give a smooth energy boost without jitters. I use them mid-afternoon during work or before workouts. Capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach. The focus boost is subtle but noticeable. A convenient alternative to brewing tea.

Was so glad to find these, as I don’t always want to take the time to drink the tea, but I do want Yarba every day.
