This is the best quality L-Theanine that I've been able to find. Based on the information on the back of the bottle, it is sourced from Japan, using the Japanese process (the Japanese are the ones who figured out how to isolate it from green tea). Other companies try to extract it from other materials (not green tea). Also, this bottle has the correct dosage. Other companies have much too high of a dose. I take it once or twice per day. It definitely increases my focus. The effect kicks in about 20 minutes after I take it.
